Don

Don is Co-Founder and President of the wildly popular mobile app, GameHawk. He is an innovative outside-the-box thinker with an extensive background in education, business operations and business development. Don has been successful as a founder and as a critical part of the management team for several companies. Don brings a cutting-edge approach to how GameHawk connects gamers to their actual friends.

Don's background includes being Founder and CEO for iLinkSports.com where he developed and implemented the company's innovative business concept to create a sports specific social media platform and raising a substantial amount of capital for the internet-based company

As an additional perk, Don's extensive experience as a basketball coach and previous position as a sports network CEO, has enabled him to deliver a viewpoint and strategy for GameHawk that is very unique. His involvement in this world helps him to see what is actually trending among the young gamers. This allows him to asses and develop a strategy, then create an effective and relevant platform for GameHawk users.

Hansel

Hansel is our Executive Vice President of Operations and Finance of GameHawk. Hansel is responsible for formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth and managing daily operations of personnel, purchasing, administration, sales, support, marketing and alliances. Hansel develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization and is responsible for the performance of all department functions. He also focuses on improving operational efficiency, developing guidelines and maintaining profit margins in all areas, according to established objectives. He also focuses on strategy, leadership & innovation. For the majority of his career Hansel has focused on innovation, improved operational efficiency, and execution. Hansel's involvement has lead GameHawk to celebrate significant company growth in a relatively short period of time..

Hansel brings over 10 years of finance, technology and executive management experience to GameHawk. He has spent his career working for large banks and real estate corporations and has a proven background of helping large organizations improve their bottom line. He is an expert in Financial Analysis, Real Estate Analysis and Development, Investment Return Analysis, Portfolio Management, Project Budget Management, Pre-Development & Due Diligence Analysis and Financial Modeling. Hansel has successfully managed over 100 million in assets. He was the Bank of America 'Award of Excellence' winner in 2006-2007, and the Bank of America 2-Time Medallion Award winner..

Before joining GameHawk, Hansel served as Director of Business Development for SCT Law Firm, Manager of Business Development for the District of Columbia and Account Manager for Oracle. Prior to his career as a corporate executive, Hansel also served as a Financial Advisor for 13 years at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. He held a variety of management, operations, sales and marketing roles, serving as a Vice President and ultimately landing the title of Market Sales Director.

Khalil

Khalil is our Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships of GameHawk. Khalil is responsible for strategy, business development, branding and management functions for GameHawk. Specifically, Khalil identifies opportunities, builds & manages relationships, and develops & monitors strategies for ensuring continued innovation, competitiveness, growth and sustainability. He also collaborates with our CEO to define and articulate the organization’s vision and develops strategies for achieving that vision. In this capacity, Khalil uses his 15 years of strategy, development and management experience to build actionable business plans that drove business growth, profitability, brand recognition & increased visibility for GameHawk.

Khalil is a proven leader with extensive global experience and the demonstrated ability to manage and grow organizations. He has spent his career developing new business, building brands and providing strategic consultative advice to executive level decision makers. Khalil has expert level experience in corporate strategy, operations management, building strategic partnerships and launching marketing and sales initiatives for new products and services. He is experienced in all aspects of product development, message development, positioning, targeting, negotiating, and cultivating relationships.

Khalil's career in technology began in 2006 when he served as Senior Manager for Group NBT, a London based, global organization that provides online brand protection and domain name management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and intellectual property professionals. Khalil also served as Vice President of Business Development for The McGraw-Hill Companies where he provided consultative services and offshore analytic support services to large investment banks and Fortune 500 companies, including some of the largest energy, aerospace/defense & technology companies in the world. In this role, Khalil spearheaded an initiative to offer offshore analytic support services to Fortune 500 companies. He successfully landed 6 new companies within the first six months. This is something that had never been done in the history of the company.
